Mental Health Matters
Social distancing during this time is very important. We miss our members and the face-to-face talks we are used to having with you every day.
We have lots of interesting resources to keep you busy until we are able to open to the public again.
What should I do today? Here are some ideas.

Headspace App
Headspace is a guided meditation and mindfulness app. They are currently offering free classes. These are part of a larger collection in the Headspace app — free for everyone — called Weathering the storm. It includes meditations, sleep, and movement exercises to help you out, however you’re feeling.
Take a Tour
Museums around the world are offering free virtual tours fo everyone self-isolating. Here is a list of 12 tours from museums including the British Museum and the Guggenheim.
Go for a Walk
Social distancing doesn't mean you have to stay cooped up in your living room. Going for a walk every day is important.
If you run into other people out for a walk be sure to maintain a space of at least six feet between you and them.
Take a Class
Skillshare is offering two months of Skillshare Premium for free! Choose from a variety of classes including photography, illustration, web design, music, and creative writing.
Try a New Language
Through the library you have access to Mango languages. There are loads to choose from including German, French, and Spanish.
Learn Something New
Instructables is a community of makers and doers. Crafters, cooks and makers of all sorts of things offer instructions and classes for free. There are instructables for anything you can think of, from growing sprouts to macrame.
