How do I know what books and movies you have?
You can browse our collection by clicking the Log in/My Account button at the top of the page. This will take you to our online catalogue where you can browse and search for materials by title or author.
How will I know when my holds are ready?
Library staff will contact you with the contact information found in your account when your holds are ready. Be sure to keep your phone number and email up to date with the library!
What if I can't find what I am looking for?
The Whitestone Public Library participates in the inter-library loan program. This means that we send and receive books from libraries all over Ontario! If we don't have a copy of the book you are looking for, we can borrow it from another library on your behalf. Send us a message to let us know the author and title of the book you would like to borrow.
