The Whitestone Historical Photograph Archive is part of the Our Digital World Project, which catalogues the photographs and stories of municipalities within Ontario.
This collection is a compilation of submissions from community members and the work of the Whitestone Historical Society. Thank you to the Whitestone Historical Society for funding the digitization of this collection to make it available to the public!

Information on local veterans was compiled on Local Wiki as a joint project with the Whitestone Historical Society and the library. Thank you so much to Sian, one of our wonderful student volunteers, for taking on the launch of the project!
We have a large collection of local history books, including the Whitestone Historical Society's books and the works of John Macfie. The Historical Society's Book of Remembrance, which details local veterans, is also available to browse.
