Headspace is an app that teaches the basics of mediation. Headspace includes a huge variety of guided meditations and sleep podcasts.

Nothing Much Happens is a sleepcast, or a podcast designed to help you get to sleep. Calm short stories where nothing much happens are told, and then repeated very slowly. We also have a copy of the book by the same name available in-library to borrow.
